Onlangs analyseerde Preferenso bijna 500 consumentenreviews over de service en het klantcontact van bedrijven. De resultaten vormen een goede bron van inspiratie voor wie wil weten wat klanten willen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapportcijfers<br \/>\n<\/strong>Laten we eens kijken naar de rapportcijfers. Bedrijven die een dikke onvoldoende scoren zijn o.a. Simpel, Oxxio, PostNL en de Postcodeloterij. Simpel scoort een 4,3 bij een gemiddelde voor de telecombranche van 6,1, Oxxio krijgt een 3,8 bij een gemiddelde voor de energiebranche van 6,4, PostNL wordt beoordeeld met 4,1 bij een gemiddelde voor de koeriersbranche van 5,1 en de Postcodeloterij krijgt als rapportcijfer een 3,7 waar de branche kansspelen gemiddeld een 5,4 scoort.<br \/>\nDeze lage rapportcijfers voor genoemde bedrijven zijn pijnlijk. Nog pijnlijker zijn de lage branchegemiddelden. Over de hele linie is dus nog veel te winnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ergernissen van klanten<br \/>\n<\/strong>Wanneer geven klanten een bedrijf een slecht rapportcijfer? Volgens Preferenso zijn dit de 5 grootste ergernissen van klanten:<br \/>\n1. Loze of gebroken beloften. Niet doen of leveren wat je belooft.<br \/>\n2. Slechte of onbereikbare klantenservice. Negeren van klachten.<br \/>\n3. Onterecht geld afboeken of berekenen. Fouten maken en toch een rekening sturen.<br \/>\n4. Agressieve verkoopmethoden. Telefonische verkoop. Verkoop aan de deur. Veelvuldige reclame per post. Moeilijk doen als klant overeenkomst wil opzeggen.<br \/>\n5. Onduidelijke, ondeskundige en onjuiste informatie.
