Waar andere hoogspringers van oudsher gewend zijn een rechte aanloop te nemen en voorover te springen, <a href=\"https:\/\/fransreichardt.com\/the-fosbury-flop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">doet Dick Fosbury het anders: hij neemt een gebogen aanloop en springt \u00e1chterwaarts over de lat<\/a>. Die techniek gaat de geschiedenis in als de &#8216;Fosbury Flop\u2019. Een flop is het zeker n\u00edet, want Fosbury wint er een gouden medaille mee en verbetert het wereldrecord. Bovendien wijst hij hoogspringers over de hele wereld een nieuwe weg naar betere resultaten.<\/p>\n<h3>Klanten leggen de lat steeds hoger<\/h3>\n<p>Onze klanten leggen de lat steeds hoger. Hoe zou je nog hoger kunnen springen voor je klanten? Door te blijven springen zoals je van oudsher doet of door anders te springen? Door te blijven werken met traditionele doelen als omzet, winst, marktaandeel, EBITDA en aandeelhouderswaarde? Of kan het ook anders? Wat zou er gebeuren als je werkt vanuit klantdoelen? Ik noem ze &#8216;Klant Prestatie Indicatoren&#8217;. Afgekort zijn dit KPI&#8217;s, maar wel heel andere dan de traditionele Key Performance Indicators, die veelal geldgedreven en beslist niet klantgedreven zijn.<\/p>\n<h3>Werk jij al met klantdoelen?<\/h3>\n<p>Wat zijn dat dan, klantdoelen? Enkele voorbeelden:<br \/>\n&#8211; het aantal nieuwe klanten dat je wilt werven;<br \/>\n&#8211; het aantal klanten in een bepaald segment dat je wilt behouden;<br \/>\n&#8211; het aantal klanten dat je verder wilt ontwikkelen;<br \/>\n&#8211; de beoogde verbetering in klantwaarde;<br \/>\n&#8211; de beoogde verbetering in klanttevredenheid;<br \/>\n&#8211; de beoogde verbetering in klantbeleving.<\/p>\n<p>Elk doel is geformuleerd als klantdoel. En je kunt alle afdelingen, alle teams en alle medewerkers vragen hoe zij hieraan gaan bijdragen. Heel concreet: wat gaat jouw afdeling, jouw team en wat ga jij, als individuele medewerker, anders en beter doen om bij te dragen aan onze klantdoelen? En wat gaat de klant daar precies van zien, horen en voelen?<\/p>\n<h3>Andere doelen = andere keuzes<\/h3>\n<p>Als een organisatie werkt vanuit klantdoelen in plaats van traditionele doelen, komt zij ook tot andere keuzes. Die keuzes komen de klantdoelen ten goede en uiteindelijk ook de organisatie. Je organisatie zou er zomaar een fundamenteel andere organisatie door kunnen worden. Klantgerichter, zonder twijfel.<\/p>\n<h3>Betere resultaten<\/h3>\n<p>Meer klantgerichtheid, hogere klanttevredenheid en meer klantwaarde resulteren uiteindelijk vanzelf in betere resultaten. Dat is geen doel meer, maar een logisch gevolg. Zoals Dick Fosbury\u2019s medaille en zijn wereldrecord een gevolg waren van zijn andere manier van springen. In plaats van jouw organisaties elk jaar weer h\u00f3ger te laten springen, kun je er ook voor kiezen jouw organisatie \u00e1nders te laten springen.
